How do I place an order?
Call (212) 831-6300 during office hours. Account clients are billed; for a one-time order, give us a card over the phone, or tell us whether cash or a check will be paid at pick-up or at delivery.
How fast is same-day delivery?
Most messenger deliveries are completed within hours of your call. Tell the dispatcher your deadline when you order and they will confirm whether it can be met before sending anyone.
Do you deliver outside Manhattan?
Yes. We cover Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx and Staten Island, the airports, New Jersey, Long Island including the Hamptons, and out-of-state trips on request.
Can you provide a certificate of insurance?
Yes. Jobs that need a certificate of insurance for the building must be booked at least 36 hours in advance.
What does it cost?
